When buying from our webshop www.brandstationenstore.se, you have the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you received or picked up your item from the agent. If the cooling-off period expires on a holiday, the deadline is extended to the next weekday. You must return the goods to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the day on which you notified us of your decision to exercise your right of withdrawal.The cooling-off period shall be deemed to have been observed if you return the goods before this fourteen-day period has expired.
The return shipping is paid for by you as the end customer and you are responsible for the goods in case of possible return transport. If the product is lost during the return transport or damaged during this, you are responsible for this and Brandstationen store & Studio has the right to refuse a refund.
Reimbursement normally takes place within 14 days from when we received the item. We will use the same means of payment for the refund that you have used for your order. You will have to pay the shipping costs for returning the item. To get help with your return and get a return slip sent for the same cost as your shipping cost, you can always contact us via email or phone. This cost is deducted when refunding your item.
You are responsible only for the reduced value of the goods as a result of handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and function of the goods. If you handled the goods beyond what was necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and function of the goods, we may make a deduction for the reduced value of the goods in the amount refunded to you.
Even if you want to invoke your right of withdrawal, you have the right to carefully examine the item. In order to be able to return the item, it must be in unchanged condition and in the original packaging, if available. The goods must be well packaged so that the products are not damaged in the delivery back to us. Please note that the original packaging must not be used as outer packaging. The product must be returned to us complete, which means that labels, accessories, instructions for use, product packaging, inner packaging etc. must be included in the return. We reserve the right to carry out a reduction in value corresponding to the product's possibly changed condition upon receipt by us.
Pack the item well. You as a customer are responsible for the goods arriving intact and thus bear the risk if the product is damaged when it is shipped back to us. Use the outer packaging you received the product in, don't just send it in the original packaging as the product could be damaged. Therefore, do not put the delivery note directly on the product packaging/original packaging itself. We do not replace products that are damaged during shipping to us.
If you want to return furniture or other bulky products, the cost may be high depending on the volume of the product.
We will not redeem packages against cash on delivery.
Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods, which with a broken seal cannot be conveniently returned due to health or hygiene reasons, and the seal has been broken by you as a consumer.
For specially ordered goods that have been adapted to your wishes, there is no right of withdrawal or open purchase. Special orders refer to all items customized or adjusted for you, examples of this can be sofas in a certain fabric you have chosen or customized suspension devices for lighting.
Right of withdrawal does not apply to business customers.
