STANDARD SHIPPING
Packages under 20 kg are delivered with the shipping company specified at each time to the nearest delivery point. Enter your mobile number for SMS notification for faster processing, or wait for an avi in the mailbox. Packages or goods over 20 kg or 150 cm are delivered with the specified shipping company. Delivery takes place to the plot boundary, collection is not included. The distributor will contact you to book delivery. Please note that it is not possible to determine a more precise time for delivery and that island surcharges may apply. Collecting can be ordered for larger goods, contact us for cost details.

FEE FOR FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPT
In cases where packages, letters or pallets/larger packages are returned to Brandstationen store & Studio by the shipping company because the recipient:
1) does not redeem the package from the delivery point
2) has not been reachable at the designated phone number for notification
3) refused to accept the delivery
4) provided incorrect name, address or contact information,
Brandstationen store & Studio will charge the customer a fee. For letters and packages, the fee is SEK 300 incl. VAT and for pallets or larger packages SEK 800 incl. VAT. In cases where the distributor or Brandstationen store & Studio has agreed with the recipient on a day and time for delivery but the recipient is not present at the time of delivery, an extra fee of SEK 300 incl. VAT and the customer gets a new one to receive the delivery.
PICK UP IN STORE
We offer you the opportunity to pick up your goods yourself in our store during our regular opening hours. As soon as your goods are ready for collection, we will contact you via e-mail, SMS or phone.
STOCK STATUS
Stock goods are goods that we normally have in stock for immediate delivery. These goods are normally dispatched from us within 1-2 working days, which means that the delivery time from us to you is normally 3-5 working days. In the event of a delivery delay from the supplier, we reserve the right for a longer delivery time. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as we have processed your order.
Ordered-on-demand goods are goods that are ordered from the supplier after an order has been placed. In the event of a delivery delay from the supplier, we reserve the right for a longer delivery time. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as we have processed your order.
SPECIAL ORDERS
Special orders are items ordered from the supplier according to your wishes, e.g. choice of fabric, own design or goods we otherwise do not have in stock.In the event of a delivery delay from the supplier, we reserve the right for a longer delivery time. Even if you want to invoke your right of withdrawal, you have the right to carefully examine the item. In order to be able to return the item, it must be in unchanged condition and in the original packaging, if available. The goods must be well packaged so that the products are not damaged in the delivery back to us. Please note that the original packaging must not be used as outer packaging. The product must be returned to us complete, which means that labels, accessories, instructions for use, product packaging, inner packaging etc. must be included in the return. We reserve the right to carry out a reduction in value corresponding to the product's possibly changed condition upon receipt by us.
Pack the item well. You as a customer are responsible for the goods arriving intact and thus bear the risk if the product is damaged when it is shipped back to us. Use the outer packaging you received the product in, don't just send it in the original packaging as the product could be damaged. Therefore, do not put the delivery note directly on the product packaging/original packaging itself. We do not replace products that are damaged during shipping to us.
If you want to return furniture or other bulky products, the cost may be high depending on the volume of the product.
We will not redeem packages against cash on delivery (postförskott).
TRANSPORT DAMAGE
If, upon receiving your package, you discover that the shipment is visibly damaged during transport, you as a customer must ask the shipping company to note the transport damage and refuse to accept the package, if the package has been delivered, you must immediately report the damage to the shipping company. If, when unpacking, you discover that the contents are damaged or that goods are missing, you as a customer are obliged to contact Brandstationen store & Studio within 3 calendar days at the latest from the receipt of goods with your order number and case number from the parcel agent. Contact us and attach photos of the damaged item. If you do not submit your case to the shipping company within 3 days or do not submit the photos we ask for, we reserve the right to deny transport damage.
Remember to always save the packaging your item came in until the case is handled. Pictures of this are fundamental for our complaint against the carrier. The product may also be requested in return and the packaging is then intended for this.
