The Berlin based photographer George Kroustallis – under his pseudonym Minorstep, channels the warm weather and striking backdrop of his Greek homeland. A whitewashed pool is graphically punctuated by a single black rock. Sitting against the cooling ripples of light blue water, this bold centerpiece creates a composition that plays with light and dark, and the meeting point of nature and architecture.
ABOUT THE POSTER DESIGNER
George Kroustallis is a London-based image director and photographer whose work traverses form, interesting light and femininity via concepts of architecture, fashion, still-life and body. Working across various projects, George’s defining attention to detail is a result of his unique eye for light and composition with a big emphasis on minimalism and neutral color palettes. ”I am driven by a desire to produce great work that reflects my deep interest in design, people, and the abundant powerful stories around us. I work with businesses and publications to create efficient high-end content that frames their narratives, celebrates their work and drives their businesses forward. I was born in Greece, studied Social Anthropology, and spent years working as a music producer and audio engineer before being absorbed by the visual arts and now live in London.” – minorstep.com
