LỚP Square S is a table lamp from Vietnamese BẰNG made of acrylic, stainless steel and matte opal glass.
LỚP is a sculptural lighting collection. In Vietnamese, LỚP means “layer”. The idea behind LỚP began with the concept of something floating inside something else. Step by step, it evolved into a sphere floating between layers. When the lamp is turned on, the sphere is reflected in the acrylic layers, creating an effect reminiscent of the tracks of a moving sphere. The sphere itself is static, but its multitude of reflections gives a sense of movement.
Founded in 2021, BẰNG is a Vietnamese lighting and furniture brand. BẰNG stands out through its combination of innovative ideas and excellent craftsmanship. BẰNG is inspired by its factory environment and, in a broader perspective, by life in Vietnam.
