The Dependables is a carefully selected collection of 24 vibrant and reliable colors, created by prominent interior designer Beata Heuman for Brittiska Mylands.
Reflecting a palette refined through decades of design work, the collection offers colours you can trust – from versatile light neutrals for most walls, to deeper mid-tones and darker shades that create contrast and character. There’s also a generous mix of refreshing greens and blues, soft and inviting yellows and a vibrant red for that extra something.
Renowned for its exceptional paint quality, Mylands has been producing the finest paint for over 140 years and is one of the few manufacturers still using natural earth pigments. The result is colours with unbeatable depth, durability and richness – a perfect harmony between traditional craftsmanship and timeless elegance.

Beata Heuman
Beata Heuman is a Swedish-born interior designer who founded her design studio in London in 2013. Her unique style is characterized by a perfect balance of color, clean lines and creative details. Beata has gained international recognition for her ability to create interiors that are both elegant and playful, while feeling both modern and timeless.
In March 2021, Beata published her best-selling book Every Room Should Sing , in which she shares her design philosophy through ten chapters. Each chapter focuses on a specific design element and highlights one of her projects.
Beata is currently working on several exciting projects, including a home in Hollywood, a renovation of a rural property in Scotland, and the restoration of Carl Eldh's studio museum in Stockholm.
