Attributes and Quality
Myland paints are water-based with low volatile organic compounds (VOC), making them virtually solvent-free and gentle on you, your family and the environment. The formulations are easy to apply, almost fragrance-free, dry quickly and make it easy to clean brushes.
Mylands is one of the last manufacturers to still use natural earth pigments in their paints, which gives a deep and rich colour quality and is environmentally friendly. Their signature paint, Marble Matt Emulsion , is a water-based acrylic emulsion with outstanding coverage and excellent spreading – one litre covers approximately 15 m² . The paints dry quickly and are washable, making them perfect for all types of interior walls, including kitchens and bathrooms. Order a sample can to find the right shade for your project.
Their wood and metal paint is available in three finishes: Matte (8% gloss), Eggshell (23% gloss) and High Gloss (80% gloss). These paints are suitable for both indoor and outdoor use and are very durable, ideal for spray painting. They are suitable for woodwork, metalwork, front doors or baseboards. The paints dry quickly, are very durable and easy to clean.

Interior
Marble Matt Emulsion
A water-based matt marble emulsion for indoor use.
- Mix thoroughly before use.
- Temperature: Use at temperatures between 8ºC and 30ºC; avoid extreme temperatures.
- Surface preparation: Thoroughly clean surfaces to be painted, ensuring that all grease stains, dirt and loose paint layers are removed.
- Application method: The product is designed for application with a brush or roller - but can also be used for spray painting.
- Cleaning: Wash brushes and rollers immediately after use in warm water with a little detergent.
- Touch dry: 1 – 2 hours
- Overlay time: 3 – 4 hours
Interior & Exterior
Wood & Metal
A high quality white water-based topcoat for wood and metal substrates, suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.
- Mix thoroughly before use.
- Temperature: Use at temperatures between 8ºC and 30ºC; avoid extreme temperatures.
- Weather conditions: Do not apply when rain or dew is imminent.
- Application method: The product is intended for application with a brush, roller and can also be sprayed.
- Priming: Use appropriate primer if required:
- Cleaning: Wash brushes and rollers immediately after use in warm water with a little detergent.
- Touch dry: 2 – 3 hours
- Overlay time: 3 – 4 hours
Interior
Decorative Floor Paint
A high-quality water-based paint for use on wooden floors.
- Surface Preparation: Ensure all surfaces are clean, dry and free from contamination.
- Dilution: The paint can be diluted up to 10% as a primer.
- Knotted surfaces: Make sure knots are painted over with a knotting solution.
- Temperature: Use at temperatures between 8ºC and 30ºC; avoid extreme temperatures.
- Cleaning: Wash brushes and rollers immediately after use in warm water with a little detergent.
- Touch dry: 1 – 2 hours
- Override time: 4 hours
