Important information

• Return shipping costs are borne by you as the customer.
  We offer returns at the same cost as the shipping fee you paid at the time of purchase. If you wish for a return label, you can easily contact us or submit a return request via the form below. The cost of the return will be deducted from your refund.
• The item must be returned no later than 14 days after you notified us of your return request.
• The product must be in an unchanged condition and returned complete with any labels, accessories, and original packaging.
• Do not use the product's original packaging as outer packaging for returns.
• You are responsible for the item until it has reached us.
• Refunds are normally processed within 14 days from when we have received and approved the return.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Customized or specially ordered goods brought in at the customer's request.
• Sealed products where the seal has been broken and the product cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons.
• Business purchases.
