Care instructions: Keep your globe out of direct sunlight. Sunlight passing through the water acts as a magnifying lens and can cause a fire. Sunlight can also discolor the water. Dust with a soft cloth. Glass cleaner is fine to use on the globe.

CoolSnowGlobes are made of glass and are not toys for children.

The liquid in the globes consists of purified water with glycol to prevent freezing. An antibacterial additive is also used to keep the liquid clear. The liquid is safe for external contact, but should not be ingested!

• Smaller standard packages are sent with DHL Service point. Larger packages and bulky items are sent with DHL Home Delivery.
• Shipping fee for standard packages is 69kr-169kr (weight/size based). Additional fees may apply. Shipping fee is calculated in the shopping cart.
• Delivery time for in-stock items is approximately 2-3 business days.

DELIVERY INTERNATIONALLY

• Packages/Pallets outside Sweden are shipped with FedEx.

PICK UP IN STORE
We offer you the opportunity to pick up your items yourself at our store (Hornsgatan 64, Stockholm) during regular opening hours. As soon as your items are ready for collection, we will notify you via email, SMS or phone.

BUD (STOCKHOLM)
We can offer direct delivery of larger & bulky items with Budwheels within Greater Stockholm and surrounding suburbs. The starting fee starts at 999 SEK during weekdays (11.00-17.30) within Greater Stockholm. Extra fees apply outside of customs and on public holidays. Extra carrying assistance can be added for larger items.
