Myland's color palette 2025: An artist's palette

Mylands introduces its 2025 colour palette in collaboration with creative colour agency Etté, founded by Despina Curtis and Natalie Jones. Titled An Artist's Palette , this curation reflects a quiet revolution in colour in the home, inspired by the earthy and authentic tones celebrated by the Bloomsbury Group, as well as contemporary hues from the worlds of art, fashion and design.

The palette is a harmonious blend of colors that evokes the spirit of bold experimentation and timeless style. Optimism is central to the palette, which carefully balances vibrant hues with more muted tones and deeper colors for contrast. Light meets dark and colors sometimes clash, creating an exciting energy.

The palette is based on the following shades: Messel™ No.39, an earthy and natural olive with a commanding presence, and Huguenot™ No.49, a traditional and elegant red with interesting depth. These are balanced by the soft and muted tones of Soho Pink™ No.266, and the warm grey-blue in-between Long Acre™ No.102. The energy of Sorrel Green™ No.207 adds vibrancy, while Indian Lake™ No.288 provides a relaxed, muted tone of warm color.

“This palette is a balance of bolder hues and more muted tones,” says Despina Curtis, co-founder of Etté. “Each of these colors can be used to great effect on its own, as accents, or combined for a dynamic design. Some of these colors are very familiar to us – like the organic, olive green tones of Messel™ No.39 that are inspired by nature – but when combined with other shades within the palette, they can create a completely different atmosphere.”

"The 2025 color palette is a testament to Myland's vibrancy, history and innovation, as well as our timeless colors. In collaboration with Etté, we have created a palette that invites you to infuse your living spaces with the spirit of creative vision. The palette can be tailored to suit personal tastes and spaces, and we look forward to seeing how these shades are used."
